Reformer Pilates Teacher Training
Polestar® Pilates Reformer Teacher Training empowers you to become an intelligent mover, a critical observer, and a confident teacher who motivates and deeply connects with students. Through a combination of in-person labs, online education, and mentorship, you’ll learn how to observe movement, communicate clearly, and design meaningful Pilates experiences for both private clients and group classes. Throughout the training, you’ll build practical skills in cueing, exercise selection, sequencing, and class leadership. You’ll explore Polestar’s proven Movement Principles and learn how to apply these concepts when working with a variety of clients and in different teaching settings.
The Program includes four immersive, in-person training weekends followed by a final examination. Each weekend builds upon the previous material, helping you expand your movement knowledge, refine your teaching techniques, and develop greater confidence in your own movement and as a critical thinker. By the end of the program, you’ll be prepared to lead engaging and inclusive Reformer sessions with greater purpose, presence, and clarity—and help your clients develop a stronger, more connected relationship with movement and their bodies!
